VAT Exemption for Individual Products

Many of the healthcare accessories and daily living aids on our site are available to purchase without Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are eligible to receive VAT relief you should fill in the online declaration below and submit it to us. (Regrettably, if we do not receive a completed form prior to despatching your order we will be legally obliged to include VAT in your purchase.) You will need to tick the declaration box during the checkout process so that VAT is deducted from your final invoice.  The VAT will still be shown at the end of the checkout process but please be assured that this will be deducted when your payment is processed.
